✨ Sophy’s Journey: Turning Loneliness into Hope

Sophy grew up separated from his parents after their divorce, living with his grandparents, aunt, uncle, and cousins. His mother migrated for work to repay family debts, while his father lives far away.

Life once felt quiet and heavy—filled with school, helping herd cows, and the constant ache of missing his family.

Since joining FH Child Sponsorship Program in 2023, everything began to change. He learned to write letters, draw, and connect with other children. Joy replaced isolation.

“I used to cry because I missed my family so much. FH helped me believe that my future can be different and brighter. My desire to become a technician to work on machinery, stating that I possess the ability to repair and innovate, and creating job opportunities for my community.” Sophy shared.
