Investing in Early Education for Better Learning Outcomes

អង្គការ អេហ្វ អេក កម្ពុជា បានសហការណ៍ជាមួយមន្ទីរអប់រំ យុវជននិងកីឡាខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ និង ការិយាល័យអប់រំស្រុកត្រពាំងប្រាសាទ បានរៀបចំបិទវគ្គនៃការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលដល់លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូថ្នាក់ទី១ ថ្នាក់ទី២ និងថ្នាក់ទី៣ លើកញ្ចប់អំណាន កញ្ចប់គណិតថ្នាក់ដំបូង និងយន្តការនៃការប្រឹក្សាគរុកោសល្យ ដល់ទីប្រឹក្សាគរុកោសល្យជំនាញប្រចាំសាលា ដើម្បីបន្តគាំទ្រដល់គ្រូបង្រៀនថ្នាក់ទី១ដល់ថ្នាក់ទី៣ ដល់សាលាគោលដៅរបស់អង្គការ អេហ្វ អេក កម្ពុជា ប្រចាំស្រុកត្រពាំងប្រាសាទ មានអ្នកចូលរួម ១៩២ នាក់ ក្នុងនោះស្រី ១២៩ នាក់

ក្នុងគោលបំណង៖

– ផ្ដល់ចំណេះដឹង និងបំណិនលើខ្លឹមសារ និងយន្តការនៃការប្រឹក្សាគរុកោសល្យ ដល់ទីប្រឹក្សាគរុកោសល្យជំនាញប្រចាំសាលា ដើម្បីបន្តគាំទ្រដល់ គ្រូបង្រៀនថ្នាក់ទី១ ដល់ថ្នាក់ទី៣។

– គ្រូបង្រៀនអនុវត្តកញ្ចប់សម្ភារៈអំណាន និងគណិតវិទ្យាថ្នាក់ដំបូងនៅតាមសាលារៀន ក្នុងការកសាងមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះដល់សិស្សកម្រឹតថ្នាក់ដំបូងឱ្យចេះអាន ចេះសរសេរ និងចេះគិតលេខទាំងអស់គ្នា។

“នាងខ្ញុំឈ្មោះ ធារី ពិតជាមានសេចក្តីសោមនស្សរីករាយក្រៃលែង ដែលបានចូលរួមក្នុងវគ្គសិក្ខានេះដែលទទួល ចំណេះដឹងថ្មីជាច្រើន សម្រាប់យកទៅអនុវត្តក្នុងការបង្រៀនសិស្សប្រកបដោយមានប្រសិទ្ឋភាពខ្ពស់ និងងទទួលបានវិធីសាស្ត្របង្រៀនកាន់តែច្បាស់បន្ថែម អំពីវិធីសាស្ត្របង្រៀនកញ្ចប់អំណាន ល្បែងសិក្សា ការប្រើប្រាស់សម្ភារគាំទ្រផ្សេងៗ និងការរៀបចំសកម្មភាពបង្រៀន និងរៀន ជម្រុញអោយសិស្សចូលចិត្តរៀនសូត្រ និងអន្តរកម្មរវាងគ្រូ និងសិស្ស ។ នាងខ្ញុំពិតជាជឿជាក់ថា ការអនុវត្តកញ្ចប់អំណានដំបូងនេះពិតជាជួយលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាពការអាន សរសេររបស់សិស្សឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរជាងមុន ។

ដើម្បីសបញ្ជាក់ថា ការអនុវត្តទៅថ្ងៃខាងមុខកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ នាងខ្ញុំសូមប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តដូចខាងក្រោម ៖

១. ខិតខំអនុវត្តតាមវិធីសាស្ត្រដែលបានរៀន

២. អនុវត្តតាមគោលការណ៍ទាំងបី (គ្រូធ្វើ គ្រូនិងសិស្សធ្វើ និងសិស្សធ្វើ )

៣. រិះរកវិធីជួយសិស្សដែលរៀនយឺត។”

FH Cambodia, in collaboration with the Oddar Meanchey Provincial Department of Education, Youth and Sport and the Trapeang Prasat District Office of Education, held a closing ceremony for a training program for Grades 1–3 teachers and school-based pedagogical advisors. The training focused on early grade reading, mathematics, and pedagogical mentoring to strengthen support for teachers in target schools. A total of 192 participants attended, including 129 women.

Objectives:

– Strengthen pedagogical mentoring skills of school-based advisors to support Grades 1–3 teachers.

– Support teachers in effectively using early grade reading and math materials to build students’ foundational skills in literacy and numeracy.

📘 Teaching methods for the “Reading Package”

👩‍🏫 Organizing teaching and learning activities that motivate students’ interest in learning and enhance interaction between teachers and students

I strongly believe that implementing this early grade reading package will help improve students’ abilities in reading, writing, and thinking.

2. Following the three-step principle (Teacher Demonstrates → Teacher and Students Practice Together → Students Practice Independently).”
