“My name is Theary, and I am extremely delighted to have participated in this training workshop, where I gained new knowledge that I can apply to improve the effectiveness of my teaching.
Through this training, I received clearer and more in-depth guidance on:
📘 Teaching methods for the “Reading Package”
🎲 Educational games
🧰 The use of various supporting materials
👩🏫 Organizing teaching and learning activities that motivate students’ interest in learning and enhance interaction between teachers and students
I strongly believe that implementing this early grade reading package will help improve students’ abilities in reading, writing, and thinking.
To ensure successful implementation, I am committed to:
1. Applying the methods I have learned
2. Following the three-step principle (Teacher Demonstrates → Teacher and Students Practice Together → Students Practice Independently).”
