Trapeang Prasat 1 Area Program team conducted an orientation training on the use of educational games to improve reading skills.
The training was attended by Grade 1 to Grade 3 teachers, school principals, and librarians, with a total of 94 participants (73 female). During the event, 57 reading kits were also distributed.
The objectives of the Training are:
– To deepen participants’ understanding of the different types of educational games and the benefits of integrating them into teaching and learning activities.
– To provide hands-on practice in using educational games that support reading development, helping to improve the quality of teaching and learning in alignment with eco-school approaches.
– To enhance understanding of the eco-school program and how to effectively integrate educational game materials into classroom instruction to improve teaching effectiveness.
– To introduce strategies for rapid response systems and organizing peer-to-peer student support activities, using educational game materials and other available school resources.
