I was once someone who lacked the knowledge and abilities to lead, even in conducting community meetings and planning for village development without a solid foundation, and my family had a lack of knowledge in health and sanitation, no access to toilet, and lived in unclean environment.

After becoming a part of FH Cambodia, I have undergone various training programs, including leadership, planning, project monitoring, project management, and hygiene and sanitation, which have greatly impacted me and my family.

Currently, my family has access to clean water, clean toilets, a good house environment, and lived in well condition. Regarding my leadership, I possess knowledge of managing, planning, and supervising projects, with a particular emphasis on comprehending my responsibilities and effectively fulfilling them as a competent leader. I frequently visit the most vulnerable families in the community, manage outreach meetings, lead meetings for the village development planning committee, and collaborate with partners from within and outside the community to support community development.
