នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៣ អង្គការ អេហ្វ អេក កម្ពុជា បានខិតខំបង្កើតវឌ្ឍនភាព និងសម្រេចឱ្យបាននូវគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍គម្រោងក្នុងខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ និងខេត្តសៀមរាប ក្នុងនោះមានសហគមន៍ចំនួន ១៨១ ដែលគ្របដណ្តប់លើស្រុកចំនួន ៥ រួមមានស្រុកស្វាយលើ ស្រុកត្រពាំងប្រាសាទ ស្រុកបន្ទាយអំពិល ស្រុកពួក និងស្រុកចុងកាល់។ យោងតាមបេសកកម្មការងារ និងជំរុញឱ្យមានការផ្លាស់ប្រែនេះ អង្គការ អេហ្វ អេក កម្ពុជា បានបម្រើប្រយោជន៍ដល់ ៣៦,៤០៣ គ្រួសារ ក្នុងនោះមានប្រជាជនសរុបប្រមាណ ១៥៨,៨៧៦ នាក់ ដែលក្នុងនោះមានក្មេងស្រីចំនួន ៥១,០០៣ នាក់ និងក្មេងប្រុស ៥២,៤៧៧ នាក់។
