I. Annoucement Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Food for the Hungry Cambodia (FH Cambodia) is an International Christian Humanitarian Organization which began working in Cambodia in 1990 by providing relief and aid to those living in refugee camps during the civil war. Nodaway, FH Cambodia operates in two provinces, Oddar Meanchey and Siem Reap serving through integrated, holistic and multi-sectoral approach in dealing with issues on food security and livelihood, education, health and nutrition, cascade groups, leadership development, and more.<\/p>\n

FH Cambodia has obtained funding from Baptist World Aid Australia (\u201cBWAA\u201d) to implement the Children, Youth and Community for Change (CYCC), supporting child, youth and community development outcomes through agreed project activities, child partner management, community programming, safeguarding and project reporting in Oddar Meanchey province.<\/p>\n

FH Cambodia wishes to invite your audit firm to submit a proposal for the annual financial and compliance audit of our implementing project with BWAA for the project titled Children, Youth and Communities for Change Program \u201cCYCC\u201d and disaster responses<\/p>\n

This is a multi-year community development project, and we are seeking an auditor who can provide a high level of assurance over a multi-year cycle. This assignment covers the financial years ending 30 June 2025 and 30 June 2026.<\/p>\n

II. Scope of Work<\/strong><\/p>\n

The audit must be conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA). We draw your specific attention to the following requirements within the attached Terms of Reference (ToR):<\/u><\/p>\n
