[English Below] អង្គការ អេហ្វ អេក កម្ពុជា មានកិត្តិយសដែលបានធ្វើជាតំណាងក្រុមការងារវិស័យអប់រំខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យដើម្បីចូលរួមវគ្គបំប៉នស្តីពី ការប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្ធព័ត៌មានគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញប្បទានសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំ ដែលរៀបចំដោយក្រសួងអបរំ យុវជន និងកីឡា នៅខេត្តស្វាយរៀង។ វគ្គបំប៉ននេះផ្តោតលើគោលការណ៍នៃការប្រើប្រាស់ថវិកាដោយមានការសហការក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំ និងណែនាំដល់មន្រ្តីមន្ទីរអប់រំ និងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលអំពីការប្រើប្រាស់ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃប្រពន្ធ័គ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញប្បទានក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំ។

អង្គការ អេហ្វ អេក កម្ពុជា ទទួលស្គាល់ថា វគ្គបំប៉ននេះមានសារៈសំខាន់ និងពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការងារដែលខ្លួនកំពុងអនុវត្តក្នុងតំបន់គោលដៅ ដើម្បីធានាថា ធនធានត្រូវបានប្រើប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ទភាព និងឆ្លើយតបតម្រូវការសហគមន៍ពិតប្រាកដ។

FH Cambodia was privileged to represent the ESWG of Otdor Meanchey Province in the training on Aid Management Information System organized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) in Svay Rieng province. This training introduced the principles of cooperative funding in the education sector and guiding officials on the effective use of the AMIS for Provincial Office of Education (PoE) and all Non-Governmental Organizations.

FH Cambodia acknowledges that this is very important and relevant to what we have been doing in our target areas to ensure that resources are effectively employed and respond to the real needs of the community.
