FH Cambodia endeavors to uphold a fragile balance in our work by recognizing the effects of parental migration on the education of children residing in remote areas.
Our strategy entails collaborating with school principals and teachers, aiming to bridging the gap for children who are being cared for by individuals other than their parents.
Our ultimate goal is to ensure that every child, regardless of their circumstances, has equitable opportunities for education throughout their schooling years.
“The program offered by FH has truly captured my interest, primarily because of their close partnership with our school management team and teachers, support in mobilizing resources for a small library installation, with the help of my community and schools, and promotion of a friendly learning environment at the school playground has allowed all students, including those whose parents have migrated, to enjoy their playtime after classes. I have noticed a remarkable improvement in my students’ academic performance as a result of FH’s dedicated efforts”, said Mr. Samoun Samoth, The deputy director of FH target school.
Join us as we honor the significant contributions made by migrants, while simultaneously safeguarding their rights and the rights of their children. Let us unite in solidarity! 🤝
