Through the Food Security and Livelihood program at FH, I received important technical and agricultural assistance that increased my family’s well-being. Rising productivity in growing vegetables and raising animals led to my higher earnings and better quality of life. Solidifying familial connections drives me to expand my business and enlighten my neighbors to build a stronger community. My ultimate goal is to see every family in my village thriving, and I am committed to making it happen through perseverance.
What’s more? – Mrs. Sorn Met who has greatly influenced her community by shifting from fishing to growing vegetables and animal husbandry. She also aims to empower other women to assume leadership positions in community development, acknowledging the historical lack of recognition of women in these roles. She is committed to creating a positive impact in her community.
