ទំនុកចិត្ត ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ ការចូលរួមបណ្តាញ និងជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនងរបស់នាងខ្ញុំបានរីកចម្រើន តាមរយៈ ការចូលរួមក្នុងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជាមួយ អង្គការ អេហ្វ អេក កម្ពុជា។ នាងខ្ញុំបានពង្រឹងជំនាញទាំងនេះឱ្យប្រសើរឡើង តាមរយៈដឹកនាំក្លឹបកុមារ និងបង្រៀនកុមារឱ្យសរសេរ និងអាន ដែលបង្កើនទំនុកចិត្តលើការនិយាយជាសាធារណៈរបស់នាងខ្ញុំ និងធ្វើខ្លួនជាគំរូដល់មិត្តភក្តិ។

ការចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីជជែកដេញដោលយុវជនថ្នាក់ជាតិឆ្នាំ២០២៣ បានបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពរបស់នាងខ្ញុំក្នុងការស្រាវជ្រាវ និយាយជាសាធារណៈ ចេះលើកដាក់សំឡេង កសាងទំនុកចិត្តលើខ្លួនឯង អាចនិយាយទៅមកបានភ្លាមៗ និងមានជំនាញជជែកដេញដោល ដែលបានកើតចេញគុណប្រយោជន៍នៃតួនាទីរបស់នាងខ្ញុំ ក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តយុវជននៅក្លឹបកុមារ។

បទពិសោធន៍នេះបានជំរុញលើកទឹកចិត្តនាងខ្ញុំឱ្យចង់ក្លាយខ្លួនជាគ្រូបង្រៀននៅតំបន់ជនបទ ដើម្បីពាំនាំការផ្លាស់ប្រែជីវិតរបស់សិស្សានុសិស្សប្រកបដោយភាពវិជ្ជមាន។

Meet Raksey Samnang, One of FH Cambodia’s Youth Volunteers! 

My confidence, leadership, networking, and communication skills grew through participating in an FH capacity-building course. I also honed these skills by leading a children’s club and teaching kids to write and read, enhancing my public speaking confidence and becoming a role model for peers.

Participating in the National Youth Debate 2023 enhanced my abilities in researching, public speaking, voice modulation, self-confidence, impromptu speaking, and debating, which was then complemented by my role as a Youth Volunteer at a children’s club.

This experience has inspired me to become a teacher in rural areas to make a positive difference in students’ lives.
