[English Below] តួនាទីផលិតភាព (រកប្រាក់ចំណូល) និងការងារផ្ទះ ជាការទទួលខុសត្រូវរួមគ្នារវាងបុរស និងស្ត្រី។ លោក សឿន (ស្វាមី) និងលោកស្រី នេត ​(ភរិយា) បានចូលរួមជាមួយអង្គការ អេហ្វ អេក កម្ពុជា ស្តីអំពីសកម្មភាពបង្កើតប្រាក់ចំណូល។ ដោយមានការគាំទ្រពីអង្គការ អេហ្វ អេក កម្ពុជា លើការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេសកសិកម្ម និងធាតុចូល ពេលនេះគ្រួសាររបស់ពួកគាត់កំពុងដាំបន្លែផ្សេងៗ ចិញ្ចឹមមាន់ និងចិញ្ចឹមត្រី។ លើសពីការទទួលបានអាហារសម្រាប់ពួកគាត់ និងកូនទាំងបួននាក់នោះ ពួកគាត់អាចរកប្រាក់ចំណូលពីការងារកសិកម្មទាំងនោះ។

លោក សឿន មានប្រសាសន៍ថា “ការងារផ្ទះមិនមែនជាការងាររបស់ប្រពន្ធតែម្នាក់ឯងនោះទេ។ ខ្ញុំតែងតែជួយប្រពន្ទរបស់ខ្ញុំ ដូចជាសំអាតផ្ទះ ថែទាំកូន បង្រៀនកូនពីរបៀបធ្វើម្ហូប និងបោកសម្លៀកបំពាក់។ ខ្ញុំ​មិនអៀន​ខ្មាសក្នុងការធ្វើ​ការងារ​ទាំង​នេះ​ទេ ព្រោះ​ខ្ញុំ​ស្រឡាញ់​ប្រពន្ធ និង​កូនរបស់ខ្ញុំ»។

Productive and reproductive roles are shared between men and women. A couple, Mr. Soeun and Mrs. Neath have been participating in the FH Cambodia program on income generation activities. With FH Cambodia’s support on agriculture technical training and inputs, their family is now growing various vegetables, raising chickens, and raising fish. More than having food for them and the four children, they earn income from those agricultural activities.

Mr. Soeun said, “Reproductive work is not only for my wife; I always help her by cleaning the house, taking care of the children, teaching the children how to cook, and doing the laundry.  I am not ashamed of these works because I love my wife and children.”
